We take these needs and craft a plan of action.

This plan consists of information architecture diagrams (site maps), user personas, usage scenarios, and testable screen wireframes.

At the start this plan is usually very rough, but we will refine it via usability tests until we get it right. When we're finished, you end up with a well designed program that your current customers will love to share with their friends.
