Redesign Phase One

GenSelect contacted us to improve their site and increase visitor conversions.

We approached the project in two phases.

Using site statistics and user studies we delivered a redesign that eased the buying process and improved conversions through a more professional appearance.

Home Page

We slimmed down and reorganized the content on the home page to make it more readable. Major selling points are emphasized, such as the full money-back guarantee and the 96% success rate.

Selling points and the Buy Now button are shown always, even when scrolled to the bottom of a page.

When a visitor decides to become a customer purchasing is only a click away.

Store

90% of GenSelect's customers purchase only one item at a time. We created a slimmed down shopping experience designed for these transactions.

Customers aren't bothered by creating a login, maintaining a shopping cart, or anything that distracts them from purchasing an item.

Despite this efficient shopping flow, customers who wish to purchase multiple items can do so, without negatively affecting the 90% who only purchase one item and leave.

Redesign Phase Two

We rewrote the entire shopping system using Ruby on Rails.

The shopping cart that was written has gone on to become the basis for Substruct.
