FXpansion makes wonderful VST (virtual studio technology) plugins for audio sequencers like Cubase or Logic Audio. If you're into creating electronic music, or you're just looking to add some new processing power to your virtual fx rack, check em out.

These two designs served as a reference and direction for the look and feel of their products around 2001.

Hyperchannel

Each plugin had a different skin but similar components. Went for an ice type look with this one. This design was done to contrast MidiComb.

Both were going to be displayed on the same page for some promotional material they were having printed.

For this plug' we went for a warm "vintage synth" type look.

Don't be fooled by the 3d rendered quality to the elements in this design - that's all photoshop work..
