Anacapa Marine Services had an existing Ruby on Rails application that handled time tracking, billing, and estimates for their boatyard.

We were contacted to improve the user experience and provide a fresh look that they could deal with using every day.

Home Screen

This screen is used heavily by their front-office people to look up customer records and information. Notifications of the latest activity are shown, along with search functions for finding information quickly.

From here a Foreman can see how his estimates are matching up to real work accomplished on the boat.

Time and money are tracked here with a progress bar to show overall completion.

A floating menu scrolls with the screen, only opening when clicked. It allows for various functions to be performed on the project without having to scroll up or down looking for a navbar or collection of buttons.
